From Anemo in Tvishi, Lechkhumi, this semi-sweet white is made from Tsolikauri, a grape the region knows well. Straw coloured in the glass, it offers a gentle, coniferous aromatic lift. Its pleasant sweetness meets fresh, lively acidity, keeping it light on the palate. Serve well chilled with fresh fruit, light desserts, or mild cheeses. 2025 vintage, 10.5%.
