From Shumi, this dry white blends Rkatsiteli and Kakhuri Mtsvane grown in the Tsinandali microzone of Kakheti. Straw coloured in the glass, it shows white fruit and delicate florals. Refreshing acidity and soft tannins keep it balanced and elegant on the palate. It pairs with white meats, seafood, and soft cheeses. 2025 vintage, 13%.
